Jeremiah Walters

Jeremiah was born on May 8th, 1846 in Washington or Monroe County,Ohio.  Jeremiah's father was William Walters and his mother was Elizabeth Schriver.  His paternal grandfather was John Walters; his maternal grandparents were John Shriver and Mary----------. He had five brothers and five sisters, named John, Amos Ambrose, Adam, Nathan, William, Martha, Mary A., Lydia, Phebe and Sarah E..  He was the second youngest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 67 on June 19th, 1913 in Perry County,Indiana.  He was buried in Blue Rim Cemetery,Perry County,Indiana.

‌Jeremiah and Mary Catherine were married in a religious ceremony on September 16th, 1868 in Ohio.  They had a son and three daughters, named Dr. Lindsay, Mrs. D. Eugene, Mrs. Cora and Mrs. Wilbur.
