Leora Gertrude was born on August 8th, 1878 in Perry County,Indiana. Leora Gertrude's father was Judge Emery Terry and her mother was Margaret Jane Walters. Her paternal grandparents were Elias Terry and Eleanor Sandage; her maternal grandparents were Adam Walters and Annara Cunningham. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Marquis Mayfield, Judge Gardner, Russel E., Herschel Leslie, Lester Faye, Cordelia May, Virginia Annara, Elsie Bertha, Ola Charity, Cora Ellen and Ethia Dell. She died at the age of 82 on April 26th, 1961 in Flanagan,Livingston County,Illinois. She was buried in Long Point,Illinois.-
