poss.Jehu was born in 1768 in poss North Carolina or Barren County,Kentucky. Poss.Jehu's mother was Phoebe Unknown. He was an only child. He died at the age of 50 on August 19th, 1818 in Barren County,Kentucky.
They had four sons and eight daughters, named Ezekiel, Elijah, George, Joseph, Elizabeth, Phebe, Catherine, Sarah (Sally), Nancy, Mary (Polly), Sally and Peggy.

Nancy Staton
Nancy was born on October 14th, 1799 in Barren County,Kentucky. She died at the age of 76 on April 4th, 1876.
Mary (Polly) Staton
Mary (Polly) was born in 1805 in Barren County,Kentucky. She died at the age of 68 on August 26th, 1873.
