Elizabeth Staton

Elizabeth was born on August 15th, 1787 in North Carolina.  Elizabeth's father was poss.Jehu Staton and her mother was Mehala UNKNOWN.  Her paternal grandmother was Phoebe Unknown. She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Ezekiel, Elijah, George, Joseph, Phebe, Catherine, Sarah (Sally), Nancy, Mary (Polly), Sally and Peggy.  She died at the age of 75 on January 31st, 1863 in Union County,Illinois.
