Phoebe Sandage 
Phoebe was born in 1851. Phoebe's father was Jesse Sandage and her mother was Elizabeth Gilliland Cummings. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Sandage and Rachel Terry. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John T., Miles, Ulysses, Rachel and Margaret. She was the oldest of the six children. She had a half-sister named Harriet. She died at the age of 65 in 1916.-
