John S. Rodgers 
John S. was born on December 29th, 1859 in Franklin County,KY. John S.'s father was William M. Rodgers and his mother was Louisa Harrod. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Rodgers and Nancy Rodgers. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Thomas D., Bourbon C., Franklin, William M. II, Robert Lee, Walter, Nicholas, James Babe, Caroline, Louisa and Molly. He was the second oldest of the twelve children. He died before 1896.-
