Caroline was born on August 29th, 1858 in Franklin County,KY. Caroline's father was William M. Rodgers and her mother was Louisa Harrod. Her paternal grandparents were Nicholas Rodgers and Nancy Rodgers. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named John S., Thomas D., Bourbon C., Franklin, William M. II, Robert Lee, Walter, Nicholas, James Babe, Louisa and Molly. She was the oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 71 on May 27th, 1930 in Franklin County,KY.-
