ORDINARY OFFICE
In the name of God amen I John Robinson Senior of the State of Georgia and County of Jasper bei ng weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory. Blessed be Almighty G od for the same do make and publish this my last will and testment in manner an d form following (that is to say) First I give and bequeathe unto my beloved wi fe Lydia Robinson all that fractional tract of ??? wherein I now live containin g one hundred and seventy one acres which said tract of land is known by No. 14 5 together with all and ? my negros goods and chattles that I now possess namel y Antony and Dorene and their two children, Molly and Jinny Nat and Silvey with her two children Mark and ?anny with the increase of the afforesaid negroes fo r her support during lifetime or widowhood my will and desire directly after th e death or intermarriage of my wife Lydia Robinson that all my negroes above na med ??with my goods, chattles and household furniture may be apprais(ed by?) ?? disinterested persons to be appointed by the inferior court for the county affo resaid and the amount equally to be ?? between my children hereafter named (viz ) my son Luke Robinson and my son John Robinson and my son William Robinson and my son J. S?.
