William Rash 
William was born in 1769 in Spotsylvania County,Virginia. William's father was Joseph Rash and his mother was Mildred (Milly) Isbell. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Rash and Mary Warren; his maternal grandparents were James Isbell and Frances Tompkins Livingston. He had four brothers and four sisters, named James, Perry R., Thomas, Son, Nancy, Mary Elizabeth (Betsey), Mary and Daughter. He died in Jackson County,Alabama.General Notes
