Rachel I was born in of the Argoed,Pen-allt,Monmouthshire,England. Rachel I's father was Henry (Harry) Probert Esquire and her mother was Rachel Morgan. Her paternal grandparents were George Probert Sir Knight and Magdalen Williams; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Morgan Esquire and Elizabeth Windham. She had three brothers and two sisters, named George, Henry, James, Elizabeth and Rachel II. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Charles and Eleanor.General Notes
