John Prewit 
John was born about 1787. John's father was Elijah Prewit. His paternal grandfather was *David I Prewitt. He had five brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Soloman, Henry, Elijah, David and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the seven children. John is no longer alive.-
