James Pierson 
James was born in 1823. James' father was Shadrach , Jr. Pierson and his mother was Jane Eastin. His paternal grandparents were Shadrach Pierson and Rachel Clinch. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Thaddeus P., George William, John Moneta, Bartholomew, Jesse, Barton, ?, Drusilla and Margaret. He was the second oldest of the ten children.-
