Charles Phillips Reverend 
Charles was born in of,St Maughan,Monmouthshire,England and his baptism took place on April 12th, 1771. Charles' father was Herbert Phillips Esquire and his mother was Mary Evans. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Phillips and Joyce Britton; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Evans Esquire and Sybil Williams. He had three brothers and four sisters, named James, Thomas, William, Anne Maria, Catherine, Mary and Sarah. He died on August 16th, 1819 in (sp). He was buried on August 23rd, 1819 in ,St Maughan,Monmouthshire,England.General Notes
