Lydia Knight was born on November 29th, 1849 in Garden Grove,Decatur,Iowa. Lydia Knight's father was Lewis MEACHAM and her mother was Lydia Knight WELLS. Her paternal grandparents were Joshua MECHAM and Permelia CHAPMAN; her maternal grandparents were Judah WELLS and Temperance MEACHAM. She had six brothers and seven sisters, named Mosiah, Joshua Josiah, Brigham, Lewis, Jonathon James, Judah, Emeline, Margaret Maria, Elmira Ann, Melissa, Martha Jane, Samantha Louisa and Sarah Temperance. She was the seventh youngest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 79 on December 12th, 1928 in Roosevelt,Duchesne,Utah,USA. She was buried in Roosevelt,Duchesne,Utah,USA.General Notes
