Clarissa Leavitt 
Clarissa was born on January 1st, 1819 in Hatley,Quebec,Can,Quebec. Clarissa's father was Jeremiah Leavitt and her mother was Sarah Sturdevant. Her maternal grandparents were Lemuel (Don) Sturtevant and Priscilla Thomson. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Jeremiah, Weire, Wier, Lemuel Sturdevant, Sturtevant (Or Studevant), Dudley, Thomas Rowell, Mary Ann, Louisa, Betsy Jane and Sarah Priscilla. She was the second oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 36 on March 29th, 1855. She was buried in 1891.General Notes
