Robert was born about 1058 in Of,Meules,Normandy,France. Robert's father was Baldwin FITZGILBERT [Seigneur of Meu [Seigneur and his mother was Emma (Auberee). His paternal grandparents were Gilbert "Crispin" Count De BRIONNE and Gunnora D'AUNOU. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, Richard, Roger De and Adelise. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died after December 1101.General Notes
