William Bohannon 
William was born about 1845 in Huntsville,Madison,AR.1 William's father was John B. Bohannon and his mother was Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Terry. His maternal grandparents were William Terry and Barbara Ennis. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John H., George Henry, Thomas Martin, Hannah B., Barbara and Nancy Ann. He was the oldest of the seven children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James B.H., Carlton, Joseph Barnabas, Tabitha "Liz" and Carolton "Tiney".-
