William Van Wert 
William was born on January 22nd, 1770 in Westchester County, Philipsburgh, New York and his baptism took place on April 22nd, 1770 in Dutch Reformed Church, Philipburgh, Westcheshire Co. New York. William's father was Jacob Van Wart and his mother was Leya Acker. His paternal grandparents were Jogahim Van Weert and Crestena de Vaux; his maternal grandparents were Siber Acker and Aeltie de Ronda.
