William Young 
William was born on May 27th, 1745 in ,Augusta,VA.1 William's father was Robert Young and his mother was Agnes Crockett. His paternal grandparents were John Young and Annie Houston; his maternal grandfather was John Crockett. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John, Samuel, James, Hugh, Joseph, Robert, Julia, Agnes, Margaret and Mary. He died after 1826.1 General Notes
AUGUST 21, 1764. ((69) William and Hugh Young, orphans of Robert Young, choose James Young their guardian, and James is appointed guardian of Joseph Young, another of the orphans.
