Hugh Young 
Hugh was born on November 5th, 1747 in ,Augusta,VA.1 Hugh's father was Robert Young and his mother was Agnes Crockett. His paternal grandparents were John Young and Annie Houston; his maternal grandfather was John Crockett. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John, Samuel, James, William, Joseph, Robert, Julia, Agnes, Margaret and Mary. He died in ,Caldwell,KY.General Notes
moved to Laurens Co., SC but migrated north through NC and VA and stopped for a while in Montgomery Co., KY then settled in Caldwell Co., KY.
AUGUST 21, 1764. ((69) William and Hugh Young, orphans of Robert Young, choose James Young their guardian, and James is appointed guardian of Joseph Young, another of the orphans.
