Mary was born on September 15th, 1834 in Addison Township,Shelby,IN. Mary's father was John M. Young and her mother was Nancy Louden. Her paternal grandparents were James Young and Mary Guyn; her maternal grandparents were David Louden and UNKNOWN Susan. She had five brothers and four sisters, named David, James M., William Luther, John Fleming, Greenley W., Amanda, Susan, America and Margaret Hellen. She was the fifth youngest of the ten children. She died about 1845 in Addison Township,Shelby,IN.General Notes
Not mentioned in will; presumed dead before 1850 (not in census), however, according to 1840 census, she apparently was still alive. Death date, then is 1840-1850.
