William Edward was born on January 30th, 1876 in Shelby,IN. William Edward's father was William Leo Worland and his mother was Nancy Ellen Barnes. His paternal grandparents were Leo Hardy Worland and Margaret Valentine Louden. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Charles Warder, Elijah Hilary, Albert Valentine, Louis O., Henry Joseph, Frank S, Maurice Martin, Mary Margaret, Eleanora M and Lillian Agnes. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at 6 months old on August 6th, 1876 in Shelby,IN.-
