His paternal grandparents were Leo Hardy Worland and Margaret Valentine Louden. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Charles Warder, Elijah Hilary, Louis O., Henry Joseph, William Edward, Frank S, Maurice Martin, Mary Margaret, Eleanora M and Lillian Agnes. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 77 on August 23rd, 1945 in Shelbyville,Shelby,IN.-
