Abigail was born in Long Island,NY and her baptism took place on November 24th, 1661 in Salem,Essex,Ma.1 Abigail's father was John Swayze and her mother was Katherine King. Her paternal grandparents were John Swasey and UNKNOWN Margaret?; her maternal grandparents were William Kinge and Dorothy Haynes. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Joseph, Samuel, Mehitable, Sarah and Mary. She died on March 25th, 1727.1 General Notes
