Pansy Louvesta's father was Dean Emberson Stone and her mother was Nola America Proctor.  Her paternal grandparents were George Washington Stone and Elizabeth A. Bowman; her maternal grandparents were General Edward Price Proctor and Sarah Gable. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Roy Edward, Chester Leon, Baby, Mozell, Onita, Stella Mae and Elva.
