America Ellen was born on November 5th, 1860 in Dent County,Missouri,USA. America Ellen's father was George Hendricks Stagner and her mother was Roseanna Shults. Her paternal grandparents were John Stagner and Anna Hendricks; her maternal grandparents were Jacob Shults and Mary Polly Young. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Thomas Jefferson, James William, Joseph Andrew, Marion Columbus, Madison Lafayette, George Edward, John Stephen, Mary Polly Rosean and Rachel Amberzine. She was the fifth youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 32 on September 17th, 1893 in ? Missouri. She was buried in Dryfork Cemetery,Jack,Dent Co,Missouri.General Notes
