James Coggin McClung

James Coggin was born on January 23rd, 1817.  James Coggin's father was James McClung and his mother was Mary Alderson.  His paternal grandparents were William McClung and Abigail Dickinson. He had four brothers and four sisters, named George Alderson, John, Dickinson Carpenter, William Wallace, Minerva, Sarah Louise, Margaret and Mary Catherine.  He was the third youngest of the nine children.
