George Alderson McClung

George Alderson was born in 1806.  George Alderson's father was James McClung and his mother was Mary Alderson.  His paternal grandparents were William McClung and Abigail Dickinson. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Dickinson Carpenter, James Coggin, William Wallace, Minerva, Sarah Louise, Margaret and Mary Catherine.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.
