Gifford McAfee

Gifford was born about 1829. Gifford's father was Francis McAfee and his mother was Anna Ames. His maternal grandparents were Jabez Ames and Elizabeth Smith. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Dorsey, Thomas, Archibald, Ellen, Margaret and Ann L. He was the third youngest of the eight children.
