William Hankins

William was born in 1833.  William's father was Joseph HANKINS and his mother was Nancy Cain.  His paternal grandparents were William HANKINS and Elizabeth McCARTY. He had four brothers named John, Jacob, Archibald and Walton.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 75 in 1908.

‌William and Eliza were married in a religious ceremony on January 22nd, 1858 in Jefferson,IN.
