Samuel Crockett

Samuel was born in 1733 in ,Prince Edward County,VA. Samuel's father was Samuel Crockett and his mother was Esther Thompson. His paternal grandparents were James Crockett and Martha Montgomery; his maternal grandparents were John Thompson and Unknown Osbourne. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Robert, Andrew, Ann Agnes, Jane and Catherine. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 62 in 1795 in ,Sullivan County,TN. He was buried in Crockett Cemetery,Williamson,TN.

‌Samuel and Jane were married in a religious ceremony in 1757. They had four sons and four daughters, named Joseph, Robert, John, Samuel, Jane, Esther, Margaret and Catherine.
