John Crockett

John was born in 1737.  John's father was Samuel Crockett and his mother was Esther Thompson.  His paternal grandparents were James Crockett and Martha Montgomery; his maternal grandparents were John Thompson and Unknown Osbourne. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, Robert, Andrew, Ann Agnes, Jane and Catherine.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.
