Charles Crockett 
Charles was born in 1853. Charles' father was James Crockett and his mother was Mary Jane Cartmill. His paternal grandparents were John Drake Crockett and Jane Cartmill; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Cartmill and Martha McDonald. He had a brother and five sisters, named James, Jane, Martha T., Amanda, Mariah and Julia Anne. He was the youngest of the seven children. He had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John Thomas, Caleb, Samuel, Robert Tilford, Nancy Ann, Cordelia, Mary and Sarah Margaret.-
