Sarah Isabel was born on June 5th, 1853. Sarah Isabel's father was David Black and her mother was Paulina Guyn. Her paternal grandparents were James Black and Abigail A. R. Taylor; her maternal grandparents were Robert Guyn and Jane Black. She had four brothers and five sisters, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named James Alexander, Robert William, Samuel H., David Christopher, Mary Ann, Eliza Jane, Paulina Catherine, Martha Abigail, Elizabeth Margaret, Unknown and Unknown. She was the third youngest of the twelve children. She had a half-sister named Elizabeth Ann. She died at the age of 88 on June 30th, 1941.-
