John Masterson 
John was born in Cloghman, England. John's father was Thomas Masterson and his mother was Katherine (Cecily) Clere. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Maisterson Esq. and Mary (Margery) Ma(i)nwaring. He had five brothers and a sister, named Richard, Nicholas, Connecting Link, George, Henry and Margaret. He died about 1617.General Notes
John died soon after 1617 when Sir Richard granted him "For use of wife
and son", Cecilie Masterson (Alias Fitz Gerald) the wife of said John and
Alexander, his son and heir. Alexander died seised of the estate 3 Apr
1640.
