Mary Eads 
Mary was born on December 12th, 1783 in Kent Co., Maryland. Mary's father was Henry Eads and her mother was Sarah Elizabeth Sailors. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Eads and Mary ?. She had seven brothers and six sisters, named William Gibson, Henry, Jonathon, John, Elijah, James, Isham, Phoebe, Elizabeth, Margaret, Katie, Frances and Catherine. She was the sixth oldest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 65 on May 15th, 1849 in Franklin Co., Indiana. She was buried in Brookville Twp, Franklin, Indiana.
‌Mary and John were married in a religious ceremony on May 7th, 1801 in Harrison Co., Kentucky. They had eight sons and two daughters, named Elijah, James, Cyrus, Martin, George Washington, William Gipson, John Henry, Lewis Deweese, Sarah and Elizabeth Minerva.
