Glen Eads 
Glen was born on March 4th, 1903 in Monroe Co., Indiana. Glen's father was James Walter Eads and his mother was Lola Jane Rush. His paternal grandparents were Henry Eads and Nancy Jane Sciscoe-Siscoe. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Charles H., Harold, James Robert "Dobby", Lee R., Ovid, Hubert, Mary Alice and Marce. He died at the age of 71 on July 21st, 1974 in Morgan County Hospital, Martinsville, Indiana. He was buried on July 24th, 1974 in Valhalla Mausoleum, Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana.General Notes
Glen Eads, 71, of R. 1, Spencer, died at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Morgan
County Hospital.
He was born March 4, 1903, in Monroe County, the son of James W. and
Lola (Duncan) Eads. He was a retired welder for Ralph Rogers Company, a
member of the Masons, and was of the Protestant faith.
Surviving is the widow, Helen (Johnston); two sons, Glen L. Eads of
Spencer and Charles Eads of California; the mother, Lola Eads of
Bloomington; four brothers, Lee R. Eads of Indianapolis, James Eads, Ovid
Eads and Hubert Eads, all of Bloomington; one sister, Mary Alice Baxter
of Bloomington, and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1958.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Greene and
Harrell Chapel, with the Rev. Orville Frame presiding. Burial will be at
Valhalla Mausoleum. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 - 9 p.m.
