Ernest Niels was born on May 24th, 1883 in Miles City,Custer Co.,Mt. Ernest Niels' father was Niels Peter Sorenson and his mother was Eliza Lucretia (Lucinda) Harrington. His maternal grandparents were Henry B Harrington and Rosilla Ann Bentley. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Frank George, Lee, Lillie Marguerite, Laura Gladys, Annie Grace Lucretia and Clara Barton. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 65 on May 26th, 1948 in Miles City,Custer Co.,Mt.-
