Gerald Dempsey was born on November 3rd, 1931. Gerald Dempsey's father was Benjamin Franklin Hicks and his mother was Biddie Catherine Jarvis. His paternal grandparents were David Hicks and Diana Jarvis; his maternal grandparents were William Wesley Jarvis and Sabra Ellen Bailey. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named Steven Clay, Benjamin Clyde, Silas Duran, Bronzel Dwight, Eugene Dow, Lulu May, Jessie Ann, Diannah, Dora Jane, Missouri Lee, Edna Virginia and Living. He died at the age of 65 on September 16th, 1997.-
