Joseph Webster 
Joseph was born in 1854 in Jefferson county, Ohio.1 Joseph's father was James Webster and his mother was Eliza Eleanor Coffland. His maternal grandparents were James William Nicholas Coffland and Sarah Ann Varner. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, William Allen, Samuel Nelson, Sarah Jane, Ella May and Mary Katherine. He was the second oldest of the seven children.-
