Living Varner 
Living's father was Sylvester Elsworth Varner and her mother was Alma Henrietta Barnett. Her paternal grandparents were John Nelson Varner and Mary "Libby" Elizabeth Cress; her maternal grandparents were James Barnett and Dicy Caldonia Bostick. She had four brothers and a sister, named Ancil Dee, Living, Living, Living and Living. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Archibald Sylvester, Lewis Raymond and Living.-
