Howard Oldfield was born on October 2nd, 1898 in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas.1 Howard Oldfield's father was Ancil Davis Varner and his mother was Allis Oldfield. His paternal grandparents were William Henry Varner and Nancy Emily Fitzgarrald; his maternal grandparents were William Henry Oldfield and Sarah Twigg. He had a brother and two sisters, named Doyle Ancil, Lucille and Living. He died at the age of 42 on April 4th, 1941 in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. He was buried in Inglewood Cemeteru, CA.1 1 -
