Hopestill Sisson

Hopestill was born in 1713.¹ Hopestill's father was George Sisson and her mother was Mercy Ann Warren. Her paternal grandparents were George Sisson and Sarah Lawton. She had two brothers and three sisters, named George, James, Elizabeth, Jane and Mary. She was the third youngest of the six children. She had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Benjamin, John, Gilbert, Gideon, Mercy Cole and Lydia.
