Willey Hines Holden 
Willey Hines was born on June 23rd, 1820 in Lincoln County, Tennessee.1 Willey Hines' father was Joshua Holden and his mother was Mary Talley. His maternal grandparents were George Washington Talley and Mary Lucy McDaniel. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named George Richmond, James H., William Riley, John R., Joshua E, Richard, Jeptha Vinan, Hulda Maria, Elizabeth Jane, Mary Ann, Althena Angeline, Rebecca and Unknown. He was the oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 31 on May 17th, 1852 in Winter Quarters, Florence, Douglas County, Nebraska.1 -
