Richard Holden 
Richard was born on October 8th, 1831.1 Richard's father was Joshua Holden and his mother was Mary Talley. His maternal grandparents were George Washington Talley and Mary Lucy McDaniel. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Willey Hines, George Richmond, James H., William Riley, John R., Joshua E, Jeptha Vinan, Hulda Maria, Elizabeth Jane, Mary Ann, Althena Angeline, Rebecca and Unknown. He was the seventh youngest of the fourteen children.-
