George Washington Talley 
George Washington was born in 1767 in Virginia.1 George Washington's father was Joseph Talley and his mother was Jane Russell. His paternal grandparents were William H. Talley and Rachel Grief; his maternal grandparents were Jeffrey Russell and Elizabeth Wood. He had two brothers and a sister, named Russell, Grief and Mary Ann. He died in Ayers Hollow, Wayne County, Tennessee. He was buried in Ayers Hollow, Wayne County, Tennessee.1 1 
George Washington and Mary Lucy were married in a religious ceremony on December 12th, 1787 in Mecklenburg County, Virginia.1 They had five sons and five daughters, named Sterling, George Henderson, Grief, John W, Robertson, Rebecca, Nancy, Jane, Mary and Page.

Mary Talley
Mary was born in 1802 in Wayne County, Tennessee.1 She died at the age of 49 on April 5th, 1851 in Bluff Branch, Pottawotamie County, Iowa.1
