Mary Elder 
Mary was born in 1822.1 Mary's father was James Elder and her mother was Sarah Rinard. Her maternal grandparents were Isaac Rinard and Mary Young. She had four brothers and six sisters, named John E, James, Thomas, Henry, Margaret, Elisabeth, Hester A, Sarah, Matilda and Isabella. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children.
