Amissetta was born on September 15th, 1839 in Aid, Lawrence County, Ohio.1 Amissetta's father was Abner Dilley and her mother was Armilda Russell. Her paternal grandparents were Jr. Dilley John and Elizabeth Ackland aka Eckland; her maternal grandparents were John Russell and Hannah "Patience" Rankin. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Albert R., Abram Newton, Harriet, Charity Ella, Sorilda Jane and Hester Ann. She was the second oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 80 on February 18th, 1920 in Griffith Cemetery, Lawrence County, Ohio.1 General Notes
