Rachel Whipkey 
Rachel was born in 1844 in Pennslyvania.1 Rachel's father was David Whipkey and her mother was Mary Henry. Her paternal grandparents were Henry B Whipkey and Elizabeth Keefer. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Jonas, Jacob W, Silas, Elizabeth, Mary, Susanna, Eva Ann and Nancy A. She was the second youngest of the nine children.General Notes
