Catherine was born in Stockport, Cheshire, England. Catherine's father was Edward Warren and her mother was Anne Davenport. Her paternal grandparents were Johannes Warren De Poynton and Lady Margaret Molineux; her maternal grandparents were William Davenport and Margaret Ashton. She had five brothers and six sisters, named John, John, Ralph, Humphrey, William, Margaret, Frances, Elizabeth, Margaret, Dorothy and Anne. She had ten half-brothers and a half-sister, named Radcliffe, Edward, Laurence, Edmond, Thomas, Ralph, Richard, Halsall, George, Posthumous and Elizabeth. She died on November 2nd, 1605 in Stockport, Cheshire, England. She was buried in Wood Plumpton.-
